Our members enjoy Mindful Movement on Mondays and Wednesdays and Restorative Yoga on Fridays. All classes are at 3 pm. The drop in rate is $15 per class. Your first class is free.

 

We also offer a FREE Zen Meditation every other Sunday at 2pm.

 

We have Sound Healing/Immersion every other Saturday at 3 pm. The drop in rate is $15 per session. Your first session is free.
