The 30 min Headache Tamer treatment focuses on releasing the musculature of the upper shoulder, neck and head to relieve tension headaches.

The 30 min Foot Pain Eraser treatment focuses on releasing the musculature of the foot including the toes as well as the calf and shin to relieve tension.

Your Lymphatic session will include Manual Lymph Drainage and at least one of the following adjacent therapies:

Compression garment consultation and fitting

Manual lymph drainage (MLD)* is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid and reduce swelling. MLD and advanced lymphatic therapies are especially recommended for several specific groups:

 

• Lymphedema and Lipedema Patients

• Post-Operative Patients - reducing bruising, swelling, and the buildup of hardened tissue after cosmetic procedures like liposuction or facelifts, Mohs, orthopedic and oncology related surgeries or radiation.

• People with Venous Insufficiency

• Individuals with Inflammatory Conditions such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, MCS, and Lyme disease.

• Chronic Pain and Fatigue: Some studies suggest lymphatic therapies can help reduce systemic fatigue and increase pain tolerance for individuals suffering from chronic conditions like Parkinson’s or multiple sclerosis.

*MLD should typically be avoided if you currently have a skin infection, blood clots, congestive heart disease, kidney failure, or active cancer in the affected area.

Advanced SMRT massage includes diagnostic and treatment techniques including facilitated stretching.  The shorter sessions focus on relieving one area of concern such as neck, shoulder, hip, leg or foot pain. Full body massage available for 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions. 

SMRT Thai is done on a mat on the floor. The therapist will move you through a set of gentle stretches, SMRT holds and deep tissue work to achieve a perfect mix of mobility and relaxation.

Ignite Your Vitality  - “ Learn. Do. Move.”   IGNITE YOUR VITALITY assesses your mobility issues, restrictions in connective tissue, fluid balance, and tissues relating to joint alignment that may be contributing to your discomfort.   Included in assessment is treatment  using advanced manual therapy techniques to reduce pain, tightness, and underlying restrictions.  Recommendation for wellness support given.

Maintain Your Spark- After Ignite Your Vitality session, subsequent wellness sessions are available. Further decrease restrictions, swelling, and pain, increase movement in a holistic way.  Sessions can include a variety of manual techniques  like Jones Counterstrain, Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, fibrotic work, cupping, and Neromuscular Re-education.

Myofascial Therapeutic Massage

This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and stretching the fascia to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

With the session, clients are usually bare or have underwear on, and the body is draped with a sheet.

Craniosacral Session

This therapy is a gentle yet profound, non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed, and the touch is generally light and still. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system. The nervous system dictates all of the body’s functioning, constantly sending and receiving information.

This is a 60 min session, done on a mat on the floor. The therapist will move you through a set of gentle stretches and deep tissue work to achieve a perfect mix of mobility and relaxation.

This body stretch routine is performed by an experienced LMT who will slowly and carefully stretch your body from feet to neck. You can request a focus area or have a general full body experience as you see fit.
