Myofascial Therapeutic Massage

This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and stretching the fascia to help the body improve its circulation. With the session, clients are usually bare or have underwear on, and the body is draped with a sheet.

Manual lymph drainage (MLD)* is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid and reduce swelling. MLD and advanced lymphatic therapies are especially recommended for several specific groups:

• Post-Operative Patients - reducing bruising, swelling, and the buildup of hardened tissue after cosmetic procedures like liposuction or facelifts, Mohs, orthopedic and oncology related surgeries or radiation.
