Therapeutic Medical Massage
The practitioner will use their skills to execute a custom massage just for you. Each of our therapists have expertise in several modalities that will be combined to treat your pain issues giving you the unique massage you require!

Integrative Bodywork
Somatic Bodywork Session
A whole-body focused, restorative, results-centered session designed to calm your nervous system, relieve pain, and reconnect you with your body.
This is a fully clothed, interactive session that includes guided coaching and active client participation throughout.
This work blends hands-on bodywork with guided awareness and coaching to support stress relief, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation—going beyond temporary relief.
Through this integrative approach, physical tension and life stressors can be processed together—supporting insight, resolution, and a return to balance and presence.
Each session is fully customized, including a brief intake to identify your goals and focus areas, whether you’re navigating stress, pain, or disconnection. Follow-up sessions help build on progress, unwind deeper patterns, and stabilize results over time.
Recommended for: ongoing pain or tension, nervous system support, stress recovery, and integration work.

Therapeutic Bodywork (Integrative)
A customized, results-oriented session focused on relieving pain, reducing tension, supporting structural balance, and improving overall nervous system function.
This work blends targeted therapeutic massage techniques with an integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as cranial work, myofascial release, and polarity therapy.
Sessions are tailored to your body’s needs in the moment—whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, or physical restriction. This is not a full-body massage; work is focused and specific to the areas that need support. Jojoba oil may be used, and clients may undress to their level of comfort. Professional draping is always used to ensure privacy and comfort throughout the session.
While often deeply relaxing, this work goes beyond traditional massage by addressing underlying patterns that contribute to discomfort and imbalance.
You’ll leave feeling more at ease in your body, with noticeable relief and a greater sense of balance and alignment.

Reiki Treatments
Reiki is a complementary treatment that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal” and (Ki) which means “Life Force”. In a Reiki session, the trained practitioner will use gentle, light touch or hover their hands over the client’s body to channel universal life force energy (Reiki). We do not force energy into the body. Reiki energy will natural flow where it’s needed in the body.

Body Stretch
This body stretch routine is performed by an experienced LMT who will slowly and carefully stretch your body from feet to neck. You can request a focus area or have a general full body experience as you see fit.

Headache & Foot Treatments
The 30 min Headache Tamer treatment focuses on releasing the musculature of the upper shoulder, neck and head to relieve tension headaches.
The 30 min Foot Pain Eraser treatment focuses on releasing the musculature of the foot including the toes as well as the calf and shin to relieve tension.

Thai Massage
This is a 60 min session, done on a mat on the floor. The therapist will move you through a set of gentle stretches and deep tissue work to achieve a perfect mix of mobility and relaxation.

Advanced SMRT & SMRT Thai
Advanced SMRT massage includes diagnostic and treatment techniques including facilitated stretching. The shorter sessions focus on relieving one area of concern such as neck, shoulder, hip, leg or foot pain. Full body massage available for 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
SMRT Thai is done on a mat on the floor. The therapist will move you through a set of gentle stretches, SMRT holds and deep tissue work to achieve a perfect mix of mobility and relaxation.

Spark Health
Ignite Your Vitality - “ Learn. Do. Move.” IGNITE YOUR VITALITY assesses your mobility issues, restrictions in connective tissue, fluid balance, and tissues relating to joint alignment that may be contributing to your discomfort. Included in assessment is treatment using advanced manual therapy techniques to reduce pain, tightness, and underlying restrictions. Recommendation for wellness support given.
Maintain Your Spark- After Ignite Your Vitality session, subsequent wellness sessions are available. Further decrease restrictions, swelling, and pain, increase movement in a holistic way. Sessions can include a variety of manual techniques like Jones Counterstrain, Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, fibrotic work, cupping, and Neromuscular Re-education.
