Ignite Your Vitality  - “ Learn. Do. Move.”   IGNITE YOUR VITALITY assesses your mobility issues, restrictions in connective tissue, fluid balance, and tissues relating to joint alignment that may be contributing to your discomfort.   Included in assessment is treatment  using advanced manual therapy techniques to reduce pain, tightness, and underlying restrictions.  Recommendation for wellness support given.

Maintain Your Spark- After Ignite Your Vitality session, subsequent wellness sessions are available. Further decrease restrictions, swelling, and pain, increase movement in a holistic way.  Sessions can include a variety of manual techniques  like Jones Counterstrain, Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, fibrotic work, cupping, and Neromuscular Re-education.

Advanced SMRT massage includes diagnostic and treatment techniques including facilitated stretching.  The shorter sessions focus on relieving one area of concern such as neck, shoulder, hip, leg or foot pain. Full body massage available for 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.

Reiki is a complementary treatment that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal” and (Ki) which means “Life Force”. In a Reiki session, the trained practitioner will use gentle, light touch or hover their hands over the client’s body to channel universal life force energy (Reiki). We do not force energy into the body. Reiki energy will natural flow where it’s needed in the body.
