Service Description

Mindful Movement is a class that focuses on conscious connection to the body with present moment awareness. Certain movements and stretches are implemented with the intention of supporting the joints and releasing tension.  This class is accessible for every one, requires no previous experience, and utilizes a variety of props & support systems for full accessibility. FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP Small classes, individual instructor time!
