For Wellness Classes:

For those with a membership, you need only register as all classes sponsored by us are part of your membership benefit. Please note: Some classes with guest instructors may have an additional fee.

Drop in price is $15 per class and will be collected at arrival or you may pay online.

For CE Classes:

Click on CE Classes below and choose your class. All classes require a deposit with registration. Some classes hosted by us require payment and registration with the instructor.  Each class will have registration instructions clearly posted in the course description.
